B and I just returned from an incredible European vacation, and we owe the entire experience to Jill. From start to finish, she made the process effortless and enjoyable. Every detail was meticulously planned. The flights, hotels, transfers, tours all ran smoothly. We didn’t have to stress about a single thing, which made the trip all the more relaxing and memorable. We started off in London and from there, we traveled to Paris and stayed at the Mandarin Oriental, which was incredible. Jill arranged two private tours with our tour guide, Thibaud, and he was outstanding. The logistics of the trip were on point. Every car service Jill booked showed up early, and the drivers were courteous and professional. Air France and Virgin Airlines were also a great choice, our flights were easy and comfortable. It’s clear Jill has high standards for the partners she works with, and it made a big difference. What we appreciated most was how thoughtfully everything was curated. The flow of the trip was perfect, the hotels were top-notch, and each day felt balanced between structured experiences and free time. We felt taken care of the entire time, but never over-scheduled. That’s a hard balance to strike, and Jill nailed it. This trip was truly special, and we’ll be talking about it for a long time. We’re so thankful to Jill for creating something so memorable and stress-free. She has a real talent for travel planning, and we are always going to work with her when planning a trip and to recommend her to anyone looking for a truly personalized, expertly crafted vacation.

Jill did an amazing job of taking our vague idea about a weekend away and making it an awesome reality. She took care of all the legwork (which is usually such a pain to do). This is the first time I have used a travel agent. Jill is going to plan all my upcoming vacations. She did an AMAZING job. It was exactly what we wanted, and I loved putting it in someone else's hands to plan. She gave us a bunch of options and really tailored the plan to our requests. She got a great place, and then she even nudged me to do a little bit more, and I was super happy we got out on the water on a glass bottom boat tour. She also got a great deal.
